Patients

Blue Hospital Patients section is the structure where information of the patients in the hospital is entered and controls are made.

When you click on the "Create" button, this field opens where you enter the patient's information. It is very important that this field is completely filled in`. Otherwise you cannot register a patient.

If you select Mother in Type section, there will be a babies tab in addition to accompanying persons, nurses. In a selection other than Mother, I will explain the version with Mother selected, since the other sections are the same except for the Babies section.

When you save the patient to the system with the "Save" button, the panel in the image appears automatically. "General" is the panel you will use if you want to update` the information entered about the patient.

If you press the red button labelled "Discharged", you will run the structure that indicates that the patient is now discharged` and deletes the patient from the records.

If you press the red button labelled Discharge, you will see such a warning. If you say "Confirm", the patient will be deleted from the system.

It is the panel we use to register the companions who will be with the patient in the Companions section. You can manage the companions from this panel and create a new companion with the "Create" button.

When you click on the "Create" button, you will see the same structure as for patient creation.

It is the panel we use to register the nurses who will take care of the patients in the Nurses section. You can manage nurses from this panel and add new nurses with the Add button.

After pressing the "Add" button, a simple panel is created where you can enter only the nurse name to assign a nurse to the patient.

In the Infants section, there is a system for mums with children where you can define your child. Click on the "Create" button to define a child.

If you click on the "Create" button, enter all the necessary information and click on the "Save" button, the child identification process for the mother is successfully completed.
